In-Shop Overview

At C4 Tech & Design, we provide fast, reliable computer repair service to clients in the New Orleans area. Our certified technicians have over twenty years of combined experience in the computer-repair industry. We are happy to service any style or brand of computer currently available on the market - including any Apple and Linux computers, Windows-based machines, and iPhones and iPads. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and come up with a quick and affordable solution to get you up and running again.

Our technicians provide a level of personal service and customer care which has become scarce in the industry. We offer counseling on basic computer usage and will answer any questions you have about computers or using your personal computer.  For your convenience we also provide pick up and delivery options.  Give us a call at (504) 896-8324, or swing by our shop on Oak Street and let our professionals assist you with all your computer and iPhone/iPad needs.  Please be aware that there is only street side parking available in front of the shop and it is metered parking.  For additional parking options the residential streets surrounding Oak St. offer free parking when available.

Check In Procedure

We try to make our check in procedure as fast and easy as possible. When you bring in your computer, you will meet with one of our technicians who will talk with you to determine the details of your current problem.  He or she will ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of the issue at hand.  If you are a new client, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number and billing address to put into our system.  Once you're in our system, we can keep track of each of your visits so that we can better understand what your computer needs are and help to ensure that your computer is as healthy as we can make it.  

C4 requires an upfront deposit of $40, which covers the diagnostics of your machine.  If you have a laptop, please bring the power cord (AC Adapter) with you as we will need that to do any work on the computer. For desktop computers, no cables are needed.  If your computer requires a password to log into the operating system, please let us know during check in.  After checking in your computer, we will provide you with a receipt describing your computer's problem as well as list the deposit amount paid.  We will call you within 24 hours of starting work on your computer to give you a confirmation of our diagnostics.  At this time we will let you know what it will take to fix your computer and how long you should expect it to take.  Many of our jobs are completed within 2-3 business days, but some can take longer depending on the specific situation.  Feel free to call us at any time if you have questions about your computer status.
