Priority/Emergency Service

C4 handles all our repair services on a first come, first serve basis. We do this in the interest of fairness to all our clients. However we do understand that sometimes there are circumstances that require a computer to skip the line and begin work immediately. To offset the negative atmosphere this can create, we have two service upgrades available.

• Priority Service: This service guarantees that your computer will be placed at the front of the line and will be the next computer we work on as soon as space opens up on our work bench.
• Emergency Service: This service guarantees that your computer will be immediately placed upon the work bench. We will bump someone else off the bench and place your computer there instead.

We do our very best to ensure that all work is done as fast as possible, however even these upgrade services do not guarantee same day completion. They guarantee we will begin swift if not immediate service to the computer. However, the nature of some repair problems can still cause service to take more than one day to complete. We will stay in regular touch with you throughout the process to ensure you are always kept in the loop on the status of your computer repair.
