C4 will clean up any and all infections on your computer. In addition we will assist you in making it difficult for infections to return. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee that virus’ will never return, but our experts make it as difficult as possible for the infections.

• Using a wide range of software and expert techniques we remove all obvious infections from the computer. Additionally we remove any infection that may be lurking in the background unnoticed to the untrained eye.
• We update Windows to ensure that all known security holes through the operating system are closed off.
• We update all 3rd party software that infections often use to sneak past virus scanners
• There is no single antivirus program that can completely protect your Windows computer from infection and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. We will recommend antivirus and antispyware software to provide you with the best protection we can provide.
• Sometimes a virus can cause irreparable damage to an operating system when it is removed. While this event is rare it can happen. If this should occur we will repair the damage if possible. When not possible we can back up your personal data and then reinstall the operating system.  Please check out our Operating system (re)install section for details on this process.  If our technicians have to do this, we will notify you first because the cost will change.
• Virus Removal has a restricted warranty.  If you get your computer home, turn it on and viruses pop up immediately we will gladly take another look for free.  However, some times the computer will be cleaned of infections and a friend or a child gets on the computer and re-infects the computer unintentionally or carelessly.  This would not be covered under the warranty.
